We are an IT company based in Riyadh and looking for An Admin & with following criteria:
• Must have Business intelligence knowledge.
• Coordinating office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance to company policies.
• Manage phone calls and correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages etc.)
• Create and update records and Customer data with personnel, financial and others.
• Track stocks of office supplies and place orders when necessary
• Submit timely reports and prepare presentations/proposals as assigned
• Coordinate project deliverables.
• Responsible to handle all the client accounts.
• Responsible to handle all the HR related activities.
• Provide administrative support for operations team.
• Must have Knowledge of Business Intelligence Applications (Preferably Qlikview & Qlik Sense)
• Have Some Knowledge of Set Analysis
• Knowledge of SQL
• Create different types of charts for Dashboard Analysis
