We are looking for a results-oriented Business Development Manager to support the development and rollout of HPEFS programs designed to drive growth for HPE business.
The ideal candidate will have proven experience developing, implementing and managing strong programs and relationships with HPE stakeholders that enable the sale of technology solutions and services throughout the entire IT lifecycle.
Working with the APJ & WW HPEFS colleagues in sales, sales enablement, marketing, program development, other HPEFS functions and HPE executives and BU stakeholders:
Understand and evaluate HPE strategies, goals, and plans to inform HPEFS priorities, initiatives, and marketing plan
Identify BU needs and requirements for HPEFS-aligned offers/programs, and support development and launch through the Program Development process
Manage relationships to achieve impactful HPEFS integration into HPE solutions and programs in key targeted areas
Through cultivation of HPE relationships and executive contacts, provide input/expertise to help inform and refresh HPEFS strategic and marketing plans
Ensure awareness of HPEFS value and capabilities to/through BU organization
Support executive alignment with WW and Geo HPE leadership i.e. key messages, business reviews, organization awareness
Lead development of new capabilities, programs and offers aligned to BU strategies and priorities, and support WW and regional deployment
Identification of Business Opportunity and Requirements
Business Case Development
GTM Review and Approval
Capability development and implementation of required processes
Promoting, monitoring, feedback loop with Sales
Support message development as SME
Integration into HPE training as SME
Develop and drive accelerated HPEFS Growth Plan for APJ HPE business :
Execute/implement HPEFS Strategic Plan and Initiatives
Monitor local environment, provide market and competitive analysis :
Ensure environment data is internalised by HPEFS to broaden/add to the current perspectives and priorities
Build and maintain key relationships with HPE / HPEFS in-Country Management stakeholders
Engage closely with stakeholders, align business goals and quickly evolve plans accordingly
Act with and/or thru’ Sales Enablement to ensure HPE offerings and the HPEFS Value Proposition is well positioned, understood, rollout and properly executed in country. Monitor, track and report on take-up rates. Review success and adjust for future offering.
Integrate HPEFS into key HPE events
Proactively work with APJ & Global HPEFS Teams
Leverage understanding of IT market dynamics and competitive insights to guide and/or create messaging, solutions and sales tools
Share learnings and opportunities with WW and Regional Sales leaders
Develop and maintain HPEFS product and services knowledge. Become the APJ SME for the HPEFS HPE business.
Education and Experience Required:
5+ years in the Financial Services with 3+ years in developing new business opportunities with Clients/Partners
Demonstrated knowledge of the IT lifecycle and Technology Financing market
