Job Description :
Responsible for sales/orders through indirect Channels and O&M.;
Ability to identify key services Channels ressellers and Services partners
Establishes and maintains relationships with the key channel & O&M.;
Promotes and assists channels with adoption of Schneider Electric Services Offers.
Understands competitive channels, represent Schneider Services offers, and value proposition
Knowledge of Schneider Electric channel policy, programs and support tools
Utilizes sales plans, marketing programs, sales promotion, and other sales promotional programs to meet sales goals and targets.
Develops, maintains, and utilizes proactive relationships with key channel & O&M; management to create new opportunities for Schneider Electric and the channels.
Makes channel selection and de-selection recommendations, and increase number of channels.
Effectively manages conflict among channel (over Channels areas, distributors selling outside of authorization, price issues, etc.) and enforces channel policy .
Develops a channel strategy using a channel Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, Threats (SWOT) analysis to increase channel performance in the marketplace .
Partners with Services Channels to strengthen sales thru channel, leverage on company programs/strategies, drive channels profitability, and increase market share.
Understands the channel’s customer base and what factors impact channel profitability/strategy and how it aligns with business objectives.
Bachelor in electricalengineering .
More than 05 years experiences in selling services thru channels and channels managements.
Experience in Electrical and power distribution product and services.
Experience in BTB business sales
Ability to work under pressure and to manage multiple channels and strategies.
Ability to travel inside KSA.
Excellent Negotiation and communication Skills
Effective verbal, written, in English and Arabic and communication skills.
Creative thinking and problem solving. Strong human and interpersonal skills
