The Business Development team is looking for an entry level Associate who will be responsible for assisting in building a pipeline of prospects from institutional clients.   • Drive the overall business development by identifying and reaching out to attractive prospects (e-mail campaigns, organization of attractive events, social media campaigns)

  • Further build client relationship by frequently engaging with existing clients e.g. by running campaigns

  • Organize business trips, meetings and calls with prospects and clients (e.g. Partner level at top consulting firms) for the Director Consulting

  • Support marketing initiatives by designing (and updating) all marketing material and presentations

  • Monitor performance in sales and operations and further enhance controlling processes, reports and tools (e.g. weekly and monthly controlling)

  • Coordinate and administrate sales in our office by acting as interface between operational account teams and finance in regards to all matters related to invoicing

  • Bachelor degree in Business, Communications or similar

  • Perfectly fluent in English; ideally German or French

  • First sales/business development experience

  • High level of MS Excel and MS Powerpoint expertise

  • Very communicative, open-minded personality and eager to learn

  • Effective time management and organizational skills
